Higashiyama Onsen waterfalls

Higashiyama has four waterfalls formed from Yukawa, a tributary of the Agano River
Among the rain created from the 10m high and 16m width fall , there are Gentaki, Mukaitaki, Fushimitaki, and more. It’s said that the name cames from the 36 step water falling and hitting a large stone, the water splashing on each step, giving the appearance of rain.
