The hot-spot for information on Aizu
For many years, the Denshoukan has aimed to deepen the understanding and promotion of traditional crafts and local traditional industries in the Aizu region. Admission is free to all visitors. On the fist floor various handicrafts are for sale, including Aizu laquerware, cotton, painted-candles, and Akabeko. On the second floor we feature an exhibition of contributing organizations and traditional products. We also offer bicycle rentals as well as tourist information; please use as us your hub for sightseeing in the city.
